The Situation

Nova Fitness had a genuinely exceptional product — a boutique studio with elite coaches and real community culture. Their problem wasn't the gym. What We Did

Full social media takeover: Instagram + TikTok. We developed a content strategy built on three pillars — transformation stories, community moments, and educational content. The Situation

Vault Financial was running ads in-house with a 1.2× ROAS — essentially breaking even after platform fees. Their ad creative looked like a compliance document. Their targeting was broad, their copy was generic, and their landing pages had no conversion architecture. They were paying to generate awareness for leads their competitors closed.

What We Did

We rebuilt their paid media operation from scratch — strategy, creative, and management. New brand visual identity for ad creative first, then full campaign architecture across Meta and Google: cold audience prospecting, warm retargeting, and a conversion-optimized landing page for each offer. All creative produced in-house. Weekly reporting with actual revenue attribution.

The Outcome

The Situation

Meridian was a premium single-origin coffee roaster with a product and a supply chain story that deserved to be seen. Their problem was invisibility — competing on price against brands with inferior coffee but bigger marketing budgets. Their social media was product photos and discount codes. What We Made

A three-minute brand film — shot across two days, tracing the journey from farm to cup with a cinematic treatment that made a local roaster feel like an internationally recognized brand. We simultaneously took over their social channels, built a content strategy around the film release, and produced a 60-second cut and four 15-second cuts for ads and social.

The Outcome

The brand film generated 2.4M views across platforms organically in the first 90 days. $180,000 in directly attributed revenue from customers who cited the film.
